[getdns-api] Pre-last-call: looking for more eyes and more comments

Greetings again. I would love to have more application developers look at the API before I call it done. If you know of any who might be interested in a new DNS API, by all means send them this way. The current version is at <http://www.vpnc.org/getdns-api/>.

Of course, I'm still interested in new comments from folks already on this list.
