[getdns-api] EDNS extended rcode

The following functions are documented on the site:


getdns_return_t

getdns_context_set_edns_extended_rcode( getdns_context_t context, uint8_t value );

The value is between 0 and 256; the default is 0.

getdns_return_t getdns_context_set_edns_version( getdns_context_t context, uint8_t value );

The value is between 0 and 256; the default is 0.

I am assuming both should say 255 based on RCF 2671 and the input type.
