[getdns-api] Python getdns bindings maintenance release

We just published release 0.2.1 of the Python bindings, a minor
maintenance release that deprecates the original getdns.address(),
getdns.hostname(), getdns.service, and getdns.general() functions,
supports changes in the getdns API, and has updated examples.
Updated documentation is available at http://getdns.readthedocs.org.
