[getdns-api] New Python bindings out

Hi, all:

I've just released the new version of the Python getdns
bindings, available as version 0.2.0.  This is now in the
"master" branch and also directly downloadable from:
https://github.com/getdnsapi/getdns-python-bindings/releases/tag/0.2.0.
As always, let us know of any problems.  We're planning on a
maintenance release in about a month - in addition to bugfixes
and limited new features, we'll also be removing the previous
interface (getdns.context_create(), getters and setters, etc.).
